Wish I could be as happy to see them.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced while shopping on-line. I have sent several emails over the last month regarding my order and they only responded once when I said I was going to file a fraud complaint with PayPal services. All other emails have been ignored. Note: I only said that I was going to file a fraud complaint with PayPal services after having 3 polite emails ignored. 3 other emails since then have also gone unanswered.

It's such a shame as you guys rave about their products but their customer service sucks :(

Oh well I am sure my order will ship some time this year.

Just a suggestion but it might not hurt to call them.

Okay for giggles I bit the bullet and called them. Got voicemail so left a message. Lets see if they return my call ;)

I'm not making excuses for them...but I can call the UK for pennies a minute. I don't know what the cost is to call the US from the UK. But if it was me, I would find a way...skype is a good option. I know making an International phone call can be frustrating, but for me it would not be as frustrating as trying to find out where my order is. But hey man, that's just the way I am :)

Anyway, they are here now, so let's hope they come back and address your concerns.

Yeah I really wish I did not have to post my issues in public but sometimes when all else fails etc.
I know they have had an influx of orders due to that Instructables video and stock may be low or even sold out and I don't have an issue with that. I just have an issue with being ignored hehee

In truth if it was not for this forum vouching for the products/company I would be screaming *scam site* from the rooftops if I had just stumbled across them via Google and was treated like that.

Xgeek,
I fully understand and agree with you. Sometimes it is the only way to get a dealers attention. Let's hope they either call you back or return here. In my opinion, no e-mail should go left unanswered.. :(

Welcome to the forum Aixiz, glad you folks joined :D

Well that sucks that you have probs with them. They treated me very nicely and responded to my emails about my order mistake and fixed them the same day.

That's very sad that you have a bad experience with that. I have had the same problem with them previously but they have come through everytime. When taking into account the few people taking the calls/e-mails, it's no surprise such an order quantity when hailed in by surprise can easily tip their balance. Although, I must say, AixiZ is handling the situation very professionally and in a very timely manner.

I have been waiting on glass modules for some months now, but I haven't a doubt that they will come through eventually and thus I am not worried about it. I know there are many orders ahead of mine, and thus I can't expect to be handled ahead of all these orders. Considering the huge influx of orders, I think this is a very fast turnaround for someone taken by surprise :)

Chuck, keep up the good work. AixiZ is a laserists best friend in the business :) Although, I'd personally like a list of the products you have for sale that are not available on the eBay store or website ;)

Thanx;

I second that! I would love to see a list of all of your products, I would have never found out about your 780nm modules until I looked at your site, and it would be great if we could see what all you have to offer.

I ordered a 10 pack of empty modules and they arrived today -- about 1 week shipping. All my orders with Aixiz have been about the same.
I can't complain. Sometimes an order can fall through (like my bluray sled :-( shippment)

Well I got an email from them today but they did not answer any of my questions. It was just an email saying they were sorry for not answering my emails
