Any one got the datasheet for this diode ?

I bought 2 of this at https://sites.google.com/site/dtrlpf/home/diodes/mitsubishi-635nm-110mw-single-mode-diodes ...

Since this seller is trusted and hails good reviews from this forum, I believe it is Single Transverse mode. I want the datasheet to verify it is.

1. That "Data Sheet" Link on your site has expired ... please re check... None of us in my lab are able to access that link ...

The link works fine and the PDF is readable. You need to update the Adobe reader in your browser. The application has expired and not the pdf file.
