I would contact the seller and ask for an LPM graph showing the peak and average output. If there is any reluctance I would walk away as it's likely the output is wildly exaggerated. That's a pretty cheap price for a 600mw 532 also.
Edit... I Googled Queshi lasers and saw some advertised at a gazillion jigawatts for $26. I would exercise caution

It probably puts out maybe 50mW of 532nm and a lot of IR. so if they lpm'd it make sure they have an IR filter on it.

for that price it cant be much higher then 100mW a real 600mW laser is gonna easy cost 500$ if not more otherwise its a big lie.

Thanks for the info LPF members. I've been staying away from eBay from what I've read on here. They do have some cool hosts on there though but the problem is you're not paying for just the host. You're paying for a lie. Even the lasers that are up to spec who knows what kind of internal damage, shotty work, or otherwise has been done to it. I'll stick with the forums! Thanks.
