Hey guys here will need a 3.8 module right? And what current would be recommended with what driver.
Would like to see what the consensus is to get all we can out if these without over driving.

Already did. Well sort of with some help. I will have them soon ,and will be sending them out to four members. And I'm sure after they arrive the max current will be found soon after.

How many would you want? The arrangement were already made, but maybe someone could do without one or two.
 
See I'm happy to organize the group buy and ship out the diodes. But I only have a Paypal. The way the one we did worked is another member placed the order , had everyone pay him for their share , and he had them shipped to my address for distribution. If someone could place the order I'd be glad to be the recipient and send them out again. Or if someone else wouldn't mind ordering and distributing they could go that route too if that all sound like too much trouble.

I suggest another group buy...that makes 2 other people (besides myself) that i know would want in. Also, I'm buying a few from Blords batch, and i would be willing to send a diode to someone to torture test. Efficiency slope, max current, etc etc. Need someone with a power supply, LPM, and preferably a spectrometer as well...
 
WAIT... DTR charges $100 for the 50mW ones, and the seller sells 20 of them for like $160. Is the seller legit, or is dtr's source of diodes more expensive?
