Military tech patents are big business, maybe he is trying to get his share of the cash, although I don't think the forces will be after a laser gun anytime soon.

The US Navy already has a 30-50kW laser in testing for taking down enemy drones.

Not using safety glasses, in this case I can
forgive since it's CO2, but wanton
destruction of a classic NES game crosses
some kind of line here.

He is also WAY too drunk to be messing with
a 50W handheld.

:wtf:

Let's be realistic, he's a hobbyist. It's just a CO2 tube with a battery pack. I'm sure military weapons suppliers already have something better.

I want to know a method to make such a laser.
What will the necessary parts be?

Just because you can doesn't mean you should.
