I want a 50mw or 100mw green laser but I can't decide is it really worth the money for the extra 50mw's?

If you have a picture of a 50mw and 100mw green laser dot/beam side by side that would be awesome!

Almost forget, does o-like sell 5mw green modules by them self, if not does any have one they could sell?

That pic is of a 132mW green compared to a 50mW, if that helps - O-like sells the 120-150mW modules for $105 that will five you right around that output...

No. Its not worth the extra money. Visually it will only be maybe a lil bit more brighter and visible but burning wise nah not worth it. I think you have to go 4x the power to see a big boost. So like 50mw, you will need a 200mw green laser to see a big diffrence cause the human eye gets used to teh power level.

If you like the small dot size I say get a 50 mW CNI on my GB for $105 the last 2 were about 80- 110 mW and they are classy and well built with very low divergence.

If it's all about bang for bucks, get a LED Shoppe 50, mine average 70 mW (I bought 14 of them), and these w/ discount code are 2 for $45, how ya going to beat that? However, the dot is sometimes really good, sometimes near twice as big. -Glenn

And if you want a reliable ~100mW, look at O-like.

There are other "80-100mW green lasers", but I don't like the other hosts too much.

If you are looking for burning power, btw, definitely look into 100mW plus. I have had several SXD 80mW-85mW lasers that will smoke but not quite light a sharpied match, while I have a few right now around 110-130mW that will light a match instantly from a foot or more away...

hey scarby thats pretty expensive have you metered it yet ,and if yes plaese do a review so others can see about the top laser pointer
