3.8mm TO38 650nm diodes

Does anybody know of a source? Either raw diodes or sleds that contain them.

I only need a couple, and they don't need to be that strong either. Maybe 75mW tops.

Need a couple for a project i'm working on for somebody that's fairly space limited.

I'm pretty sure one of the bluray sleds contain them, either the 6x or 12x sleds

The SF-BW512L's have a flat plastic package 660. The rest of the misc sleds I have here all have 5.6mm TO18's.

I saw a thread by rhd about 3.8mm 642nm diodes but i'm not sure these are still available, and the price is a bit high for something that's liable to end up broken.

**edit** after more digging.. (on the 6th page of the search ) I figured out that it's the BDR-203 and 205 sleds that have the 3.8mm 660/IR combo's.

**edit again** Does anybody know of a cheap source of BDR-203 or 205 sleds? what few prices i've seen make rhd's $35 diodes look better. heh.
