anyone have any info on these? the search feature is not being nice to me.

i've got one running at 250mA...and it's barely heating up just in the tinny "inner" heatsink it has.

wondering if anyone has done any tests on these as to their power.

oh...and it burns black plastic from about 5mm away with no lens.

You say it's hardly heating up is it in a heatsink and for how long was it running for when you made the obseration ?

just 5-10 seconds, the red diode has a heatsink inside a heatsink, i have the outer heatsink removed right now.

Okay, so i guess it isn't that powerfull.

i've got it set in an aixiz module (with some modifications)
it's output is about what one would expect from 250mA.
