Blaster already answered this by comparing the 200mW greenie with a 1.2W blue. A 1.5/1.9W wouldn´t be much brighter when you only look at the beam brightness. The 2.4W should have about as bright beam as the greenie but this all is very subjective because everyones eyes are not the same and more or less sensitive to different colors.

My eyes do not catch the 445nm light that well and even do not focus this wavelenght as well as for example 532nm. So for me the beam of my 200mW greenie appears brighter than the beam of my 1.5W blue whereass the dot is dimmer than the one produced by the blue laser. On the other hand a 3W blue outperforms both lasers in brightness for the beam and dot.

So I only can compare to the lasers I do have and to what they appear for me.

Ok here is the results .The 200 mW green would still by the relative perceived brightness calculator be 1.51 times brighter than the blue at 1.9 watts as beam, the dot calculation the green is even brighter around 3.13 times .But everyone's eyes are slightly different hence the name of the calculator perceived brightness calculator.
