Can an old, dead, RF excited 12 Watt CO2 laser tube be
sent overseas? Seems this is old technology
but I'm not ready to find out if there's problems.

For sales purposes or refillling Mike?

Industrial laser sources have no customs restrictions in the UK, a lot of the higher price hobby lasers still use RF excited sources and 12 watts would be quite a good starter for engraving or very light cutting (possibly 1mm plywood etc)

Where are you hoping to send it to?

best wishes

Dave
