This is going to be my third major Gas laser within a year and its a good one.
+4mw 612nm HeNe

At last years SELEM, I pick up a SP-127 from Mariomaster and brought it home, it's doing about 40mw and very happy. I run it about once a week or every other.

A few months later I was watching on PL and one of my acquaintances from nearby was selling a Lasos 7872 Argon with power supply. I had to buy it. If you are not familiar with them the 7872 Lasos Argons are air cooled but have a glass bell just like their big, water cooled, brothers.

It's doing 8 lines and if I remember right it's doing over 50mw. I'm currently working on putting plexi on part of the case to show the glass bell when it's running. It is my current avatar.

Well, I'm in the process of getting a new HeNe from Laser Sam. He offered it to me at SELEM last year and I asked if he'd hold it until I scraped up the funds for it.

It's a 4mw REO 612nm. So, I'm super excited about it and had to share. It is just orange, no other secondary lines, but I'm fine with that.

Having a 4mw+ Orange is incredible. I'm hoping to have it in hand early next week.

Will post pics when I get it along with an AC power supply for the 12 brick I'm getting with it.

So, where do I go from here :)

I'm staying away from water cooled - so my only other item on my check list is a bit of a unicorn. A Reliant 300WC.

If you know of one or have one you might like to part with, drop me a line, so I can start saving ;)

I am excited for you! Be sure to post a bunch of pics for us peasants who will never likely own one!
