Actually, if you read the description, it's not blue-green; it's multiline. (Which does look blue-green when not split.) Nice.

480v though.

I wonder which would be more feasable - popping it with 15 or 22w of Argon, or simply blowing it out of the sky with a rocket launcher (you'd have to aim for the basket with the launcher!)

I always LOL when I think about how much power these things use. I70 rated for max. 7000W, output ~5W.
