yeah its just frustrating that there were a few for 125 buy it now a couple weeks ago when I didn't have any cash to spend... now the exact same ones are like 300 :scowl:

I have a feeling to 10kv is no way enough im going to make a voltage multipler and use that that shoud work

I got the tube to work low power it set fire to a pice of wood in 2ish seconds :)

SUCCESS !!! Congrats. Now be careful where you point it. That beam can and WILL start fires if it gets away from you. A few of us have been there. NOShxt...........

Well it was success for 5 minuits or so because the power supply died so im saving for a better one the tube was bearly glowing when i tested it but is still st fire to the wood this tube will be mad a 60 watts i need to get a psu soon the tube is just a big glass paper weight for now .
