Using projector from 20 questions tabletop game

Hey, I don't post in this section that often but as of recent I've been looking for a cheap projector, possibly a DIY thing. So, I have the 20 questions tabletop game, exactly like this

Now, I don't know much about the insides of this but I also don't know much about projectors. Just from what you see, might it be possible to use this as a projector at all?

As far as I can tell that uses a load of LEDs spinning around the inside of the dome to create a persistence of vision effect (POV) which makes it look like there is solid text. It doesn't use any lasers or mirrors or anything along those lines so im pretty sure you wouldn't be able to make a projector from it.

Correct its just a POV LED display, sorry to burst your bubble Fenzir.
