Time Tunnel "gun"

Timelord - can you post other pictures of your time tunnel device ? From a few new angles ? I like the size of it - and wouldn't mind whipping out one or two - DC motors are pennies at Radio shack, compared to how much fun they provide ! Oh yeah - also - did you ever go check out Boomdog's website for scanner info ? I think he shows how to make them there - even gives advice on the proggie to use for the programming of the PIC chip ! I may have to break down and try my hand at that sometime soon - looks like a ton of different patterns can be made fairly easily with the x-y scanner....

Not worth spending on a patent though  ;D

Maybe neaten it up a bit with muti-colored tape ? LOL Ask Sniper to post pics of the tunnel device I sent him - yours looks a lot neater than that one ! LOL

Mine was made from an old foot sander for hard skin. The motor runs on 6 volt but for tunnel making 3 volts (2x AA batteries) is best.

Hmmmm - I woulda thought the faster the motor spins, the "smoother" the tunnel ? Dunno - mine was a 5v motor, running on 3v, so it was a "little" I guess, choppy is the best way to describe...almost like a refresh rate issue - know what I mean ?

I just went to snipers house 3 days ago and we played around with his tunnel guns. The only problem is that we can't see the famous tunnel but its just a circle one the wall you point to. I'll go to his house and take some pics cuz he doesn't have a camera right now.

First thing you'll need smoke, and secondly a reasonably powered laser, and thirdly do it in the dark. Then you'll see the tunnel ;)

Yea we used his 261mW in pitch black night time but we don't have a smoke machine yet. We're investing in one along with goggles

Yeah - GOTTA have smoke, or fog !  Get the bathroom all steamy from the shower - and do a BRIEF (don't wanna get the laser soaked !) show in there with the tunnel gun...that circle comes ALIVE !

The time tunnel vid I made (www.stonetek.org) was made with THAT exact time tunnel device....so I KNOW it works verrrrry well !
