You can measure voltage drop on 1ohm resistor, so voltage drop=current.
If there is volt drop of 0.1V, current is 0.1A.
R=U/I
1=0.1/?
So, current is equal to voltage drop on 1ohm resistor.
If there is volt drop of 0.1V, current is 0.1A.
