While hunting down what the markings on a few SOT-23 packages were, i stumbled apon this site.

It has an almost complete listing of all markings linked with the real device id and manufacturer.
I remember seeing a thread where someone was reverse engineering a dx opamp driver circuit and wasn't sure about what some of those parts were, thats why i thought i'd post it here as it could prove useful to people.
e.g. 431 - PZM4.3NB1 - Phi - SOT346 (marking, device, manufacturer, package)
A quick lookup of PZM4.3NB1 at our local friendly datasheet archive and we find out it's a Voltage Regulator Diode
