that's nice to hear! hehe i can put this back into the laser show, and instead of it being 5mw, it will be 200mw ;D ;D i still have to heatsink it though, there isn't much surface area on the housing.

It should be ok...but don't try for 200mw's. :p ;D Remember I posted at 160ma's the diode is still a great burner. I would suggest for the laser show not to go any higher. The difference in the brightness of the beam will not be worth the risk of blowing the diode. Even at 130ma's you know it will be one hell of a lot brighter.. ;D

Looking forward to what you think of it once you get it going with the new diode..

ya mike got his portable up to 200mw, but his whole torch was made of metal, so he had really good heatsinking! i'd even be happy with 100mw, although higher would be nice ;D ;D*things slaps himself in the face, and he thinks he has the bug* LOL ;D ;D
