Yeah, simple... on the outside 
Even though I went over the designs about a dozen times so far, I'm 100% sure I'll be making final tweaks and changes at machining time of the first one.
Nothing ever turns out the way it's planned.

Thats a really big tap and die set
I personally own tap an die sets up to M30x0,75 ...
For bigger threads I just cut the threads directly on the surface with an CNC Lathe why didn't you do that ?

Even with a manual lathe you can use threading lathe tools to do the job ...

The order still stands. Could you make a 26650 version instead of the 32650 ? I have a lot of 26650 cells and none of the 32650.

Good idea, I can easily offer two version - only difference is thickness of wall between two threads in battery barrel. Same price though

"Trying to clear out the schedule of bulk orders before comitting because 1 host takes about 1 week to make" stage. If I commit to one host it'll take about 1 week and a lot of material, and in that time all other orders stop.
Which I thought would be perfectly fine because I'm almost never under so many orders which would keep me from comitting to this. After clearing this bulk order for Clif, I'm not taking any more to get this done. Never thought I'd need to turn people down.
It's weird how, when it's most critical, stuff seems to suddenly appear out of nowhere and demand your attention. And it's making me look terribly bad now :/
It's not too far though. Finally. Can't wait to get this all off my chest, honestly.

heheeh Yeah I know how that goes sometimes and I am certainly sure it is fine with everyone involved. I just thought I would see how things are going. Yeah things seem to come out of the blue sometimes that need to be taken care of. Hang in there, it will all work out.

Last time I heard he is now making them. I was keeping him busy with orders so that manufacturing of the GXE hosts was postponed.
