What a Q...... What parts are you looking for?
It depends on what you are planning to do with it.

Can you post some additional photos showing the following:

1) Front end of host body (the part with SD Laser 303 on it) showing the hole where module was installed;

2) The inside of the focusing unit so that the lens is visible.

The photos will help me determine exactly which host variant you have. I think I already know, but I want to be sure.

Ordinarily I would agree that you should just buy a new laser. However, I think yours might actually be fixable, because you can order the exact (and complete) part that you need.
