I've just finished my three MiniMag lasers and thought i would post this so that you guys could see them. I would not have been able to make these lasers without the knowledge i have gained from this forum and its members, Thankyou guys!

The silver MiniMag was a standard 2AA krypton light, now it has a 18X LG diode driven at 350mA off of a DX AMC7135 driver. The module also has the Aixiz glass lens installed for a cleaner, tighter beam.

The blue MiniMag was also a standard 2AA krypton light, but now has a B0323 diode (similar in power to 803T) running at 125mA off of a FlexDrive. The module is using a standard Aixiz acrylic as i have nothing better for this wavelength.

The black MiniMag was the newer 2AA LED light, now it has a Techlasers 150 Infinity module in it. I chose the newer LED Maglite for this laser because of its extra length compared to their standard model (as evident in the pics). The extra length was needed as the green module is substantially longer than the Aixiz module and diode set up I used in the other two Maglites.

All three Maglites are using modified tail clickies as well. They may appear to be the 5 mode Nite Ize IQ Swithes, but in fact i have gutted the switches of all internal circuitry and left only the momentary push button switch. This way the only driver in the laser is the one i installed to power the diode.

All three lasers run off of 2AA batts.

Man these are nice CLEAN builds, I really like them. Matching sets are very appealing to me, simple yet powerful.

Do you know much power the red is putting out?

Nope, i wish i had a LPM  I'm sure someone can make a rough approximation based on the fact its a closed can at 350mA through an Aixiz glass lens

how did you use the AMC7135 at 350 mA ? thought it was 1050 mA output ?

Hi how do you test which pins on the laser diode is positive and negative? and do you use laser goggles when using these lasers ?
