I looked it up on google and I found it to be a 16x burner, is it???
What was the speed of the previous burners from where you got your other diodes and what current did you drive them at? Where you even using a circuit? GIVE MORE DETAILS.

I didnīt measure mA before, I just turned a bit more after the shine, and in 10/20 min of use... puff...
The other (R.I.P) diodes, i got from DVD burners too, but I didnīt take the especifications as Iīm doing with this drive.

Yes, itīs 16x DVD burner.
I would like to know the Volts, mA and the power at CW mode.

Iīm looking for at google, but itīs not easy. :-?

Just power it at 200mA and see how it does. You can push it up to 250mA, that's as much as I recommend you put into it. You are using a driver right?
