laser driver running at 150-200MHz ??

Hello all,

Does anyone have any kn0wledge of where I can purchase a laser driver with the following specifications:

1. CW up to 200MHz
2. up to 200mA
3. current control
4. supply voltage range from 3 to 5.5 V

So far I have known about only two of them and my bad luck one of them is obsolete.

Out of both skepticism and curiosity, why?

The reason for 200MHz eh ?

1. The laser diode should be pulsed at 80-200MHz ( which is generated by a data generator )
2. The reason for pulsing the laser diode is to use CDMA coding network , therefore each laser diode is pulsed with a unique code and decoded at the user end.

That is the simplest explanation I can provide.
