Dealextreme has just brought out this guy:

I've ordered a few, and fully intend to use them to make lasers :)

I've got the bigger brother of this light, it's a 200 lumen 5 mode 14500 model, and I LOVE it! it's the best made light I've ever gotten from DX or the ilk, and was planning on using one as a host for a laser, but this one looks even better, it's so small, and will take a 10440 battery to boot :)

Does that even have space to fit in a laser module plus driver?

I'm pretty sure there is... it's almost 90mm overall length, and the 10440 is (theoretically) 44mm, so there should be some space to put in something like a flexdrive, and a very small heat sink with the aixiz module.

I'll know more when they arrive.

very good idea..
there is one question what is the inside diameter???
outside is 15,51mm  and we will need little more than 12 for aixiz... i am curious if there will be need for drill or not..

just let us know then please

this one could be great as well

I'll let you know as soon as it arrives... things usually take 10days or 2 weeks to get to me from DX.
