Hey, how can i get a ktp and yvo4 crystal??

Its definitely better buying a laser and disassemble than getting 2 crystal and trying to align them?

Should i buy a cheap green laser to get a fair crystal unit?

These crystals are easy to make?? Because I live near an university and i could ask them for some doped crystals.

What do you need these crystals for? If you need some cheap crystals then you can rip them out of a greenie, but just so you know you won't get more green out of them if you pump more IR into them.

Yes, it will be a far better idea to buy a laser than to try making your own, unless you're talking about a budget well into the 4 figures+. Growing the crystals is NOT easy, hence the very high cost!
