Walking around Home Depot, in the Electrical aisle, I spotted a LB connector for conduit. They had aluminum for ~$7, and a plastic for ~$2.50. I bought the plastic as I thought it would be easier to cut/grind and modify. Plus I wouldn't have to worry about the chassis shorting anything out, like my aluminum flashlight has done. A 9V battery fits snugly inside. I have begun modifying mine. So far just ground down the "L" part of it to mount my switch, and removed the cover and ground it down to make the whole thing thinner. I'll post pics of my progress, but the following link is the basic item that I purchased.

If it weren't for that second muzzle it would've looked quite elegant, but I guess this isn't bad eighter. Is yours exactly the same?

Mine is very similar. The good thing about mine is that the main outlet is offset away from the removable cover, so I was able to thin it down on the belt sander. The second "muzzle" as you call it has been ground down on mine and is acting as a pre-drilled hole for my Radio Shack rocker switch which I believe is this one:

OK, I finally finished it. Psxboy.com ships really fast if you get the express shipping, only took a few days. ANyways, here are some pics for anybody else who wants a $2.50 blu-ray case that is easy to sand/grind. I could have painted it to make it look modern, but instead I added some chrome to make it look retro.
