Can you find the Vmax? That's what really matters. The smaller TEC's usually have a low voltage which is unusable for a LPM sensor.

Honestly it's not a huge deal, most TECs don't require any kind of unreasonable gain from the opamp so noise and such is usually pretty low especially with the capacitance on the input of the amp.

True, but with ones that small the voltage is pretty low, the 0.7V TEC's are a nightmare to work with.
This TEC should be fine. It has 6x6 junctions as far I can see. I used a TEC with 6x6 junctions for my first DIY LPM and the TEC has a more linear ouptut compared to one with more junctions I used for another LPM.

You may want to choose a smaller peltier, with those large ones you'll be waiting a few minutes before you get the reading.

I posted a link to a TEC I found on eBay. It's pretty small. That voltmeter is okay to se but you will need to power it from a separate supply/battery. If you have a multimeter you could use it as well.

I wannt to use voltmeter with power supply (battery) , because i wannt to make box for this LPM.
0-1.999 V DC voltmeter is not good, because if I wannt test 3W laser, he write for me maximum 1.999 v . I think...

The max power that module can take is around 3w based on the datasheet. Just find a voltmeter that can display at least a 0-5v range.

To test it, attach both leads to a power supply or a battery for a few seconds. One side will get hot and one will get cold. The cold side is where you attach the heatsink.
If you reverse the polarity it will switch the hot and cold sides. You can use it in any polarity
I have not used it yet but I will be when I will be building the LPM. Since you are using it near it's limits, I suggest you look for TECs that can handle more power to ensure accurate readings.
