hey knimod, if you didnt send this out yet, if you have any extra parts for this like resistors and diodes, and you want to sell , well do you want to? and weres the schematic to build this?
thanks, Toked

The schematic and parts list are in the first few posts of this thread.  While I keep some parts around for my use, I don't really have any for sale. Most everything is available from your local Radio Shack.   I even included the Radio Shack part numbers in the parts list.  However, if you get stuck for a specific part, I may be able to help you out. Let me know.

I'm still waiting on everyone to pay up so I can order the PCBs.  Once I place the order, I'll get them in 3-4 days and turn them around to the buyers who should receive them in another 3-4 days.

You have got to be kidding me?????!!!!

Have you even read this thread completely???

Where is the Schematic???????!!!!!

Try Page ONE of this thread!!!!

Are you for real????

Knimrod even gave Radioshack Catalog Part number for the components!!!!!!

considering im running the open can at 430mA, according to DR. Lava's various plots i should be getting WAY over 160mW... although, I am using unprotected 3v CR123's, maybe when my 3.6v CR123's come from DX it will be better

I got a windowless IR fro TheMonk, which on the meter shows 100mW, yet according to others tests it should be showing more!!!

finally, my senkat diode which I built in november running on 250mA is showing 120mW, on new batteries.

Ill have to doubble check my gain when I get my new DMM...

I can faintly see the beam of my open can indoors, no smoke or fog, in the day, just normally. I also live in California, so no its not humidity. I am SURE it is outing AT LEAST 200mW...

if anyone has a greenie that they know is exactly 5mW, I can buy it off of you at a "used" price just for testing with my LPM...

and toked, this isnt the first time you havent read the first post, you asked in the GB barrels thread what batteries the barrels took....

lolz ;D ;D ;D

anyhow, my open can MXDL is showing 130 mW, and all of a sudden, my Windowless IR shows 150!!! I guess its the batteries on the MXDL or something... :-?

does anyone have a copy of the instructions that came with the new2006power DPM's? I lost mine and I need some info from that sheet regarding the holes I have to make in my enclosure and stuff..

he also says you need a 2v voltmeter style DPM that can be run off a common ground.

im preety sure you can use the 6th item down on this page:

http://www.futurlec.com/Panel_Meters.shtml

but let knimrod O.K. it before you buy it, he knows better than I what will work in his circuit.

My suggested requirements are:
  • 9V supply voltage
  • Common ground operation (9V battery power and voltage being measured can have the same ground)
  • 0-2000mV (0-2V) range / 1mV resolution
  • LCD preferred over LED for long battery life.
