Here it is, ready for zip-ties and calibration :) Its already pretty close to accurate as is. Jerry, your the man for posting this thread (and all the rest of them!)

Question:

Does impedance of BNC cable between the box and Sensor matter? Video ones are 75Ohm, and RF ones are 50ohm. I figure as long as it is calibrated with one and i use that one always, it should be consistant.

Very well executed... Very clean work and best of all no Hot Glue.

No... the impedance of the Coax cable does not matter. There are
no High Frequency signals going through the cable.

@ Ped.... your Kenometer is not the same model that is used
in this DIY-10Watt-Laser Power Meter Project...

FYI.... it is not a good idea to mount any Thermopile Sensor into
an enclosure...:beer:
