Here it is, ready for zip-ties and calibration 
Its already pretty close to accurate as is. Jerry, your the man for posting this thread (and all the rest of them!)
Question:
Does impedance of BNC cable between the box and Sensor matter? Video ones are 75Ohm, and RF ones are 50ohm. I figure as long as it is calibrated with one and i use that one always, it should be consistant.

No... the impedance of the Coax cable does not matter. There are
no High Frequency signals going through the cable.

@ Ped.... your Kenometer is not the same model that is used
in this DIY-10Watt-Laser Power Meter Project...
FYI.... it is not a good idea to mount any Thermopile Sensor into
an enclosure...:beer:
