Could I directly change 5mW laser to dvd burner laser diode?

First of all,
I have to apologize for my basic question which may be asked and answered already because I'm Thai and I'm not good English.

I've studied about High powered Laser and known pertaining to dangerous of laser including invisible laser and saw laser flash light hack video from youtube.

Now, I tried some mini 5mW laser like figure below and finally I tried it with 12V until it's out of order.

However,
I'm still suspecting that if I use mini Laser pointer of 5 mW (use 4.5V) about 0.757 US$, Could I instead only laser head of mini laser pointer of dvd burner laser diode (3 pins) ?

Because I have problems as following:
1. head of mini laser pointer 5 mW is not the same as laser diode. It's inserted by square copper sheet (when I take the head out from mini laser figure above). I don't know how connect laser diode to mini laser circuit.

2. How much voltages of DVD burner laser diode use? if I connect laser diode to mini laser 5mW circuit, it can work or not?

3. Why I have to use laser Module like Aixiz Module, if I have circuit like mini laser 5mW circuit already?

I would like to have high powered laser, but 200mW laser in my country sell about 60.6 US$. If I buy mini laser pointer 5 mW of 0.757 US$ and buy dvd burner which is out of order about 3.03 US$. It's very cheaper.

if it has the same size diode then you can switch diodes but you will have to use another driver.

I don't know how connect laser diode to mini laser circuit. i'm not exactly familiar with that driver, you best bet is you buy an adjustable drive from rkcstr.com, Micro-Drive and laser diode electronics

How much voltages of DVD burner laser diode use? if I connect laser diode to mini laser 5mW circuit, it can work or not? unlike light bulbs, lasers are not driven by volts, it is the amperage that determines how bright they are. most red diode are ran at 3V, and the amperage depends on which diode you are using. This is why we use drivers, to regulate the current.

3. Why I have to use laser Module like Aixiz Module, if I have circuit like mini laser 5mW circuit already? Because the "burning diode" is a 5.6mm diode, and the aixiz module holds it into place and provided a collimating lens to focus it, where your 5mW pointer is a flat diode (don't know it's name).
