If you want to make a LPM... save yourself some money...
the TEC is a bit too small... 0.088 " X 0.167"
That is barely large enough for a laser beam..
The Specs link are down... but at that size I don't think
there are enough PN junctions to put out any usable current..
I may be wrong...

Jerry

It's 2.2X4mm

They do loads of sizes, although hopefully I can get a proper meter and invest in a Laserbee soon enough, thank god for weekday working during holidays :)

I have a dozen of these. They were made for or bought by JDSU. The packing date is 2/21/06. I think they were used to cool butterfly diodes. I do not have the tech sheet for them. They are 7mm x 14mm. They appear to be gold plated. If you think that these will work for you, I'll take $15 a piece for them, shipped.

There are other sizes on that site available, $14.50 for 8x8mm in small quantities. No shipping costs included though.
