Ok so I have found these two TLL modulated lasers lasers and will eventually put both of them into my x/y scanner. Now the problem is as you can see from the links below they both have different circuit boards on them and both have TTL, there is only one connection for TTL on my scanner so how could I connect both of them up to the same connection? Or could I just run both lasers from one circuit?

Well your DMX board only has one blanking output so you are a bit stuck.
Even if you connected both blanking inputs from your 2 lasers to this connection you would only get a yellow beam. i.e. both lasers will be on at the same time and off at the same time. You won't get RGY.

Now if you got a DAC the blanking from your lasers will connect to that rather than the DMX board and then you will get a 3 coulour system.

Is there no way I could use the DMX to control the blanking? Would be great if I could do that.

Where abouts can I get a DAC?
