I´m interested in their blu-ray and red star pointer, but can I expect a constantly 50mW output?

What MFO says --- Read here and buy from a reliable seller. A couple $$ saved is not always a good deal.

You might get 40-50mW total. You can expect around 15-25mW of IR and the rest green. Never buy from drop ship as mfo said. Stick to the sellers known to the forum and you won't have any problems.
