www.lazerpoint.com: 'in stock' is 'out of stock'

I ordered

Buy SD-301 Focusable 50mw 532nm Green Laser Pointer with Safety Key Lock (Black) in US$ 30.19 in Low Price- Free Shipping

and after asking them to mark the package as gift via email they replied that the laser is out of stock. The web page still says: "* Availability: In Stock * Shipping: Within 24 hours".

If I find a good offer somewhere else I'll see if I can cancel the order.
