Hi all,

I open this discussion for the users that will think about buying from WickedLasers...........

First of all.......DON'T BUY FROM THEM

I want all know with what people have to do

I want to be clear.......I am not the one who speaks without knowing......

I speak from experience, and everything we read is the truth and what happened to me with this company

I want to be brief and clear respect my bad experience with these THIEVES:

Was in February......YES I WAS A NOOB  :'(.....when i know WL brand I did not know yet the world of lasers........( expect crappy red lasers 1mW ), and if I had known LPF forum in time, all this  would not be happened..........but what is done is done  ::)

So, STAY ALERT

History Of Misdeeds:

1) February 2008:

  > Ordered an Executive Classic 15mW.......come an Advanced 35mW instead.....I thought "good! what a lucky !"...WRONG -.-.......laser underpowered......(SOLD after a while...)

  > Results: Wasted 99dollars

2) Middle March 2008:

  > Ordered a Phoenix 75mW.........ANOTHER unit underpowered...... (SOLD after a while...)

  > Results: Wasted over 250dollars

3) April 2008:

  > Ordered a Fusion 125mW.........same thing......VERY underpowered.....and only after 3 days of use, some dust entered inside the IR filter.

  > Results: Returned back for RMA....and asked for an upgrade to a Elite 150+ ( 300dollars more.......wasted obviously )

4) May 2008:

  > Elite 150+ come.......but with SANKED DOWN button power, VERY underpowered ( yes....again -.- ) and VERY power unstable ( laser beam change brightness every 10 seconds about )

  > Results: Results: No more patience and nervousness to the stars...returned back for RMA again, and this time i asked for a TESTED......A DAMN TESTED UNIT

5) June 2008:

  > Second Elite 150+ come.........AGAIN SANKED DOWN BUTTON....and AGAIN UNDERPOWERED.

   > Results: (SOLD after a while...)........enough.........go f___k yourself WL

Conclusions: Do you have enough brain ? Ok so....D-O-N'-T B-U-Y F-R-O-M-W-I-C-K-E-D-L-A-S-E-R-S

This was my experience......... :'(

Wow, how do I get customers like you. You get screwed four times and still go back for a fifth reaming. We provide great systems and service but the most we've provided to any single client over time is three lasers in three different orders. Maybe if we start sending out garbage and treating clients badly we could get the five time repeat clients. Hmm...I feel a new marketing strategy coming on.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me five times, well.....

Thank you, StIwY. It sucks that you went through all of this with WickedLasers.. Lucky for me before I got my first serious laser I looked up on here what the best places were, and stuck with those.
Anyways, remember kids:

Edit:
Lol, FrothyChimp...
That could actually be a good strategy, but too bad you won't get the same customer in the future ;)

I work for a different laser company but I'm thinking we need to start operating like WL so we can get many repeat customers while selling garbage.

Aaah ok  ;D

but......you are joking right ? Start operating like WL = suicidal mind

However, I realized after laser was underpowered.......because i was not experience.

I regained selling something ....... however .....

The most striking thing was when purchased the Fusion 125mW ... and then three practices RMA ::) "We tested the unit before shipping......" yaya........and i'm Santa Claus......

Here's my experience with Wicked Lasers - a bit better than yours but still not good enough (BTW - my first post in LPF).

Why I bought WL:
Several months ago I decided to buy WL, since their site seemed very professional, including graphs and photos and vidoes, nice variety of lasers (only company to sell red and violet pointers) and UPS shipping.
I didn't know of LPF back then, and I didn't consider buying a DIY.

First laser: Executive 55mw
I got a great laser - not underpowered (I think it's overpowered), very nice body design (all WL have nice bodies).

Second laser: Pulsar 125mw
Got an underpowered laser and when I talked to WL they tried explaining that "red is less visible than green and blah blah".
I would have bought a DX Dilda instead if I knew of it then. (I bought 4 of those lately...)

Third laser: Elite-150mw
Got a defective laser - sunken button and unusable. After paying $700, I expected them to notice such an obvious flaw.
I had to RMA it, and the new one is not perfect - button still sunken although works, and something's wrong with the electric circuit since I have to jiggle the laser after each time I replace batteries before it works.
At least it doesn't seem underpowered (not by much anyway), since it burns very well (matches, balloons, black plastic) and stinges the skin.

Other products:
Dragon casings - great things!
Protective shades (for green and red) - very good, can be put on top of regular glasses and cover a very wide angle of sight.

Bottom line:
I will not be buying any more lasers from them - it feels like a gamble. There are other companies with execellent reputations.

I have more lasers since then, I'll post some reviews soon on LPF

I want to be brief and circumcised respect my bad experience with these THIEVES:

With all due sympathy for your bad experiences, and acknowledging that English seems not to be your first language -- but circumcised? I guess you're not Jewish.

You might be able to fix that problem by putting a little aluminum foil in the end cap, it sounds like the spring is recessed.

I should start linking to this thread on Youtube to show Wicked Laser Fanboys why WL sucks so bad.
