Oh I'm sure they'll pull the same tricks they do when they illegally import lasers into the US. Maybe the French will be more thorough in their package inspections.

worlds most powerful lasers? last time i checked it was worlds most underpsec lasers? dragonlasers spartans are above spec, while arctics are underspec. 1W does not equal 700mW just to let you know....
