I ordered a dragon case from wicked lasers but i have not recieved any information about it and they already have my money! Is this normal to not have any response from them? Will i still get my case?

WL are not the best with communication as they seem only to answer on certain days in the week and definately not weekends. They will reply and more than likely when your order has arrived :

I had to e-mail them about my order. Two days later they sent me a tracking number...

Been there, done that. I thought they were ignoring me too, but it was a holiday.

Similar to the Chinese new year lasting a whole month, their holidays last a whole week!
