What is the BEST ebay laser seller?

I would like some feedback on which ebay retailer is best. I know it goes by personal experiences, so who has ordered alot off ebay, and had hardly any quality issues arise?


Also, would anyone recommend some site that shows you how to construct a high powered laser? I've been told either build one, or talk to someone who can do it for me... The jedi in me wants to build one myself, but I'd like to learn from someone with some serious skills.
