these green laser seem ok but they are really cheap in price? kinda suspicious and do 200mW green lasers have visible beams at night?

I second that notion, Lazerer is a great company with great service, and guaranteed power. They're doing maintenance but just be patient and wait. 30mW is definitely enough for night visibility.

That website was not laserer it was lazerpoint.com, are they trustworthy and what is overspec?

Who knows? We're really not in the business of trying out every last laser selling website hailing from Hong Kong. We find a good one with a decent reputation and stick with them.

Try them out yourself and report back, but you ought to do a little more reading on terms like "overspec" before you start sending your money to some shop overseas.
