Does anyone have any experience or have heard anything about the web site laserto.com? I ordered a Gehenna Series 200mw [/CENTER]green laser from them when i saw the deals they had and did it to hastily because after when i tried calling the phone number on the site and then emailing them i have not got a response for the last 4 days?? I havnt even recieved a tracking number. I was wondering if i even get the laser how good are their lasers? I have not been able to find any reviews of their website or lasers at all so if anyone could help i would greatly appricate it. Thanks

Looks like one of those typical "crappy Chinese lasers" sites... I highly doubt the continuous output will be 200mW; although it may peak at 200mW for a few seconds. In the future, you should really do your research before spending that much money on an unknown/unestablished brand of lasers.

My advice, wait a few more days, threaten a dispute and ask for a refund; if they don't respond, do a PP dispute.

Today i got an email back after sending them four emails and countless calls. This is the email they sent to me exactly-

Hi Ledbetter

Sorry for reply your e-mails so late. This time is for lunch, our co-work is off duty right now.
Your laser has been shipped, and i will ask my co-work sent the tracking number to you asap, okay?
Sorry for any inconvenience. Have a nice day.

Best regards,
Jody

So i dont know much still as of yet, if only i could really talk to some one and get my money back and just go somewhere else i would. Just wish some one could tell me they have heard or used this site before and how the lasers are?

You are very lucky, I had purchased a 55mw abaddon a while ago in my noob days and never got it. They won't respond to any emails I sent them and they never even responded to the paypal dispute. PP refunded my money 109.99 after yang feng wouldn't respond to them. He also runs highlasers.com I thought it was a complete scam nice to see they actually sent some1 a laser for a change. Idk how there still in business. Now I only buy handmade from LPF or true CNI products. Id personaly recomend you do the same(if you want a decent laser).

I always find it funny that all of these Chinese companies have support people with blatantly western names - "Jody", "Lawrence", "Anna". It's almost as if, when someone applies for a job at these companies, they are required to adopt an English pseudonym while working so that all of the western customers don't have to get an e-mail from Chiao-Wong-Bang.

I bring this old thread back for good reasons.
1) Giving oneself an 'american' name is nothing new and does not mean ANYTHING is wrong-- lets say, for example you name is Peter and that name means penis in another country-- would you not adopt another name??
Some china common names are not pronouncable by us. and common names there include Wang, Li, and more that have different meanings- so lightenup by thinking this practice is wierd you only reveal how little you know.
2) also some names in other lands are harder to remember by those in the USA as well as being un-pronounceable..

3) English is one of the most difficult languages to learn so before you slight those whose first language is not Enlish think about how good you French or German is...
4) Fragman is still around and I , for one, need to know about the items he/they sell- good or bad its important knowledge..

Do you really think that O-like's Susie or Rayfoss's Fiona are using there 'real' names?
The name they choose is about the least important thing IMHO..
