WARNING - Do not purchase from Lazerer [Update - possible resolution]

Are you in Australia? If you are, that may be a problem.

Thank you everybody for your help advice and for the link.
But I have now sent Max a number of Emails to Every address I could.
Still NO REPLY.
I do not want to rubbish the man for nothing.
Things were really good with Max in the beginning.
May be somebody in another country other then Australia could send a email for me on my behalf asking Max to contact me here.
I would be totally grateful.
$600 is a lot of money for me to lose.
I don't want to cause Max drama for nothing.
I just want my lasers and I am even happy to pay extra for the trouble.

My experience with him has been very positive. My first order took about 3 weeks, but was received in good order. One of the violet lasers I had ordered (Cyber 405-500mw) burned out after 2 weeks, I shipped it back for repair and he sent me a replacement no problem. Just got it a few days ago. Been very happy with my Tank 1.2 W unit.

He hasn't done wrong by me, so I just gave him a larger order for a nice greenie.

Edit: He sometimes doesn't respond to email right away, can be a bit sporadic at times, but he answered immediately when I had a problem setting up my new order. But the important thing is the goods were received in good order.

Max got in touch with me finally,
Apparently he had some problem with his email as was stated here earlier by die4laser.
I got in touch with the Financial department and they asked me to open a new Gmail account and I did.
2 Days latter I got a email from Max.
Still have not got my lasers BUT I am sure I will.

All good so far I will come back and post when I get my lasers but Max has been in touch.

I actually received a email from Max last night.
All is well.
Max is doing everything he can to help me get me lasers back.
He is giving me a up grade at a price of course and helping every way he can with shipping.
Apparently he had a problem with my `Live` email address.
Once I opened a `Gmail ` account everything started happening.
Once I receive the Lasers I will come back and post.

I actually have a parcel from WL with 4 x Arctic 1500mW -1 x Krypton 1W -3 X Torch- 5 x Sabres and all the extras sitting for 3 weeks waiting to be opened.
Cant wait to test the Arctic 1.5W up against the Rifle 1.5W.
Thank you WL for the fantastic deal and service they gave me.

I have to say I love dealing with WL they make it SO EASY.

i hate that wicked gets such a bad rap... their customer service was great and their shipping times were also great, a lot shorter than dragons i know this because i ordered from both companies on the same day, anyway glad everything got worked out.

Edit: btw my lpm should be here in a few days and ill know exactly what my WL s3 arctic is outputting. i have a strong feeling it is on spec or over.

I have a few lasers and Torch`s from WL and I have NEVER had any problems with their Lasers / Torch`s or their service.
Everything I have ever purchased from them I still have and is working FINE some 1 year latter now.
They have honored everything they said they would do.
I was a promised a discount and they honored it 1 YEAR latter.
Shipping has always been Very fast and my country is the WORST for lasers.
I just can not understand this WL bashing culture. Especially when I compare what has happened to me with many other laser dealers.
I am sure there are not many people out there that have purchased as much as I have from WL and had as much to do with them as I have and I have NOTHING but praise for Wicked Lasers.
I had to return my entire shipment to Lazerer the Rifle worked for 5 minutes.
BUT I will talk about that when I finally get my lasers back which I ordered this time LAST YEAR.
Other then WL and the Laserbee guy I have had drama with just about everybody else Especially Chinese Laser dealers and try dealing with some of the SUPER STARS here on the forum who make home lasers. Talk about up them selves. Cant even reply to your emails and questions half the time.
Do not even bother going to Laser Pen Shop.
Straight out LIE they do and I told them I would post their Crap on the Forum and I will post the entire story.
I will make a vid of some of my WL stuff VS Lazerer Rifle when I finally get the Rifle etc.

That's great. I rould really like to see a comparison between the 1.5 watt vs the Arcitic 1.5. The Arcitic is way too big for me, but I suppose it needs to be to have the cooling cycle it has.

You mentioned that you have had lasers from Wicked for over a year. You also mentioned all the problems you have had with Lazerer lasers, and having to return whole shipments including a Rifle.

I was just curious if you were aware that with Lazerer lasers, they have a run time of about one minute or less. The Arctic can be left on for 10 minutes with no issue, but the Rifle and others need some serious cooling off time if you leave it on up to a minute.

I just bring this up cause I never had problems with my lasers from Lazerer and I also never leave my lasers on for more then 30 seconds. I usually just turn on for a few seconds and and stop, and keep repeating that pattern.

Yes fully aware of the run times.
That is one of the main reasons I like the WL type laser that can STAY on for more then a pop of the balloon.

I do not fully blame Max or his lasers for my problems.
I think it had something to do with shipping and the way they were sent.

But I will make that vid as soon as I can.

Did you ask for a Power Certificate from Lazerer? As you know their lasers are usually very over speck. I've seen some rifles come in at 1650mW. I don't know if Wicked offers that option, but I read that they are usually quite under speck. I never bought from them so I can't really judge on if that's true or not.

Yes Mate I did ask for for the power certificate.
But regardless Thank you to the Laserbee guy I can judge for my self.
LOVE MY LASERBEE !!

Honestly I have had the easiest time with WL.
But I guess this big box sitting here unopened will be a great test .
WL do actually offer a power Certificate of sorts for their 1W Krypton series which you can check on line using your product ID.
But again it will be good to do my own testing.
Max Lazerer now sends the power Cert through email.
