Maybe i should also purchase something from them and then cancel the order and request a refund :thinking:

^^^Bad idea. There are also plenty of people who never got their money or laser, but waited past 90 days...

lol. very true.

and i believe i was very VERY luckey to receive a refund. let alone a free laser from WL. even if it came out of nowhere 2 years later. i wouldent try it again...nor would i order anything from WL again.....its just too much hassle, their customer service i absolutely deplorable, and from what i have heard from other members here at LPF. there are a few other much more reputable sources to get my lasers from.

I actually ordered an Arctic based on a post by one of the admins there indicating they were all in stock and ready to ship out. I placed my order and was still getting confirmation everything was in stock. I follow up 2 weeks later with one of their forum mods and he told me it didn't ship yet. I cancelled my order immediately. For a company to tell you they have something in stock and you pay for it then two weeks later hasn't even shipped yet? Not a good sign of things to come. I suspect WL will be out of business by the end of the year.

Dont we all wish that would be the case...sadly there are too many idiots or uninformed people out there willing to buy all of their products. The arctic, while documented as an epic failure here, made them A LOT of money. They're are not going out of business any time soon.

My experience was lousy. The laser arrived in reasonable time, but it lasted maybe 2 hours and went dim. I emailed Wicked and they expected me to ship the bad unit back to them so they could "Test It". I fired back an email that said...Look, this laser lasted less than two hours, you have my $$$ and you want me to wait four to sixteen weeks before I have a replacement? Not acceptable! In the end, they did send a replacement promptly....but only after I scanned my receipt from the post office to show them it was on it's way back. When THE REPLACEMENT FAILED, I washed my hands of them FOREVER!!! I'm sure many people have positive storys to share about Wicked, and I hope your laser turns out super! Just be careful...there are MANY beautiful sites out there...but a lot of them have NO INVENTORY OR REAL SUPPORT!!:can:
