That's actually a pretty good deal if it actually meters at 400mw for < $200

Yes it isn't a horrible deal at all, & a very bright laser. I knew from the price there was no way it was 1000mw of 532nm. I didn't have an IR filter to check to see if all 400mw was 532nm unfortunately. O-like sells the same laser, but Tmart, for just a bit more you get safety glasses, and a really nice aluminum case with foam padding inside cut out for the laser, the glasses and a battery. Oddly enough no charger was included, but I have about 50 of those so no sweat!
My goal was to get them to more accurately list them, but from their reply I don't think they really were that concerned - ;)

One thing for sure, they're quick shippers to people inside the US, Moh is certainly spot on there. I check them, DX, and a few others when I need flashlights, and whatnot.

Yeah, their selection is no where near as good as the chinese based sellers, but I always check tmart first to see if they have it before i order it from priceangels

You know, I'm done with DX and PA. Their shipping used to be marginally in the *okay* category, but they (especially DX) have been taking like a week to actually ship. It's one thing to use cheap shipping that takes weeks from China. It's another thing to take weeks yourself before popping it in the mail.

I'm yet to have a TMart experience, but maybe they're a better alternative. I don't understand how they get past FDA regulations with a warehouse in Brooklyn though, and I question the legality of what they're doing.

I say Hats off to Tmart... They do like to push the boat out a bit as far as mW is concerned but really, even if they do come in at half spec i say good deal.... and yeah there shipping is awesome! i'm in the UK and i got a delivery in 5-6 days, i paid £12 for a "200mW" lol, but it can pop a balloon... so yeah my take on Tmart is -> £12 for a balloon buster delivered in just 5-6 days.... Tmart For The Win!

EDIT: And the customer service provided by Tmart is outstanding as far as my own personal experience goes :)

Yup, and I agree for the most part, but the problem is, the lasers are often completely all over the place. I've gotten lasers from gadgettown(same as tmart) that were advertised 200mW, but were actually 30mW:( but since return shipping is local, I only lost $6.
