I don't know why you want to make this machine as it is highly dangerous for any one who have no idea about the parts of machine and only experts are allowed to make such machine. If you are making the machine for personal use than also I would strictly advice you to go to dermatologist as tattoo removal is serious task and should be perform by experts only.

I agree, that guy had to been chocked full of alcohol and painkillers on top of super high pain tolerance XD
I say go with the grinder method but mix it up and and combine in the salt method. It might be faster that way(or maybe just more painful IDK). Video PLZ. Or, you could make yourself a 3W 445nm and just burn it off?
