Hey guys how long does it take stonetek to ship, I purchased about 2 weeks ago. I've never used them before.
 





He's usually pretty quick. However, he just had surgery. I don't know how far along in his recovery he is.

Try an email to see if he is ready to respond.

He's had complications with the surgery and he is currently unable to ship items, I don't know how long he'll be in recovery but I can assure you he will ship the items to you when he recovers.
 
was this an emergency surgery? im just wondering why no notice was left saying he wouldnt be able to ship packages.. it seems like this would be a common courtesy for his customers so they know whats going on when theyre ordering from him..
 
If you want to know when Greg will be back, just follow his banner contest thread (general section, second page). He's been absent since november 12th for now.

As I said, I suggest you read some of his posts in his contest thread for more info.
 
my point is that if his shop is like mine then he has more customers than just lpf members.. why only post something on lpf when your customer base is as big as it is? it would be a good idea on his behalf to post a notice on the front page of the shop so people will know whats going on.
 
I just read some of those letters that jayrob posted. Something must have went terribly wrong with his surgery.:(
Things must be really messed up with his online store. Thats like 3 weeks worth of orders, all in limbo.

I hope he can get it all worked out.
 
I just got an invoice to my email today saying
Date Ordered: Saturday 28 November, 2009 The comments for your order are: Shipping 12-8-2009 Please expect an emaillater this evening explaining the delay with your order, and thank you foryour patience ! Your order has been updated to the following status:New status: Update Please reply to this email if you have any questions.
so im guessin hes back, or someone is taking care of the shop for him
 
His wife may be helping out with the smaller orders. Have no fear though, GREG is as honest as the day is long. You'll get your order ASAP, but cut him some slack right now 'cause of his health issues, OK ?........... rob
