Again, not trying to flame anybody or any companies but I would highly recommend against getting that module. They are very similr to the DX style modules, just without the threading. To my knowledge vitalyx was the only LPF member who bought an Olike new style/ DX 200mW module that performed anywhere near 200mW. And the other one he bought died within 10 seconds lol. But it's your money.
Well Bill has one of those I think, performs exactly right.
You will find defective, op-to-spec, and overspec units EVERYWHERE, and I trust O-like and BeamCheap here.

Also, their modules are different from DX (different circuit board, threading is on inside of barrel), just the pictures are not right.
I got two modules from O-like so far, working very good, one more along the way.
If BeamCheap is getting their stuf from o-like, that is good enough for me.
If it does not produce the 'WOOW' effect upon first fire-up, I am just going to RMA it, ask for replacement (not refund), and I will send this one back.

Well, I will let all of you know one I get there :)

In these little modules, there is a fair bit of IR included in the 180-200mW of quoted power output. Green output could be as low as 120mW after IR filter in some cases. The large modules that o-like used to sell were IR filtered, and gave their rated output in green.

A laserbee.

What is the Serial Number on your Laserbee I...
It will be on the rear of the Thermopile Sensor...
I want to confirm that the calibration factor has not changed...
You can PM me the S/N if you prefer...

Hey, I still do not think lemonwonder deserved all the negative reputation.
Susie verified that he is a positive and honest person...
Susie trusts him, why can't you guys?

All Susie has "verified" is that he is an old customer who wanted to be a distributor of their products AND that she told him NOT to sell or advertise in this forum. Anything else from him seems to be BS.

You both read this from Susie, right?

Yes I did:
"1.Lemonwonder is our old customer ever and he is ambiouous and positive..."
By Susie herself.

They both agree that there was language barriers on both sides of communication, and honest mistakes do happen. At least I think they do.
Also, lemon stated that he got the note about NOT advertising on LPF only day or two ago, not before opening of his site.

Also, try chatting with him on live-support, IMHO he is a nice guy overall.

And one more thing... if BC is a reseller, then why would O-like mind if they are selling here, it is o-like's stuff they are reselling! Both sides making money, we get free shipping and (some of us at least) faster shipping.

I can see nothing wrong with that. You are more than welcome to prove me wrong with hard evidence... as I am starting to sound like a second account here.

And you do not think that these statements prove that he was conning us?

3.O-like is only place where you want to buy O-like products and service . there is no sister website or brother website or apart of O-like . we have distributors .
4.All laser products on our site are outlet from O-like ,stocked ,packed, tested ,shipped(package with Susie's signature), warranty by O-like . . many customers can prove that .

All he did was ask to be a "distributor." They agreed because he never ripped them off AND that they get paid up front for any products he "distributes."

The rest of his hype is all BS. If you want to be a distributor, you can be one too. There are other distributors of O-Like products in the US already. You could be the central Croation distribution hub!

He isn't even a re-shipper. He is a drop shipper. You send him a dollar. He sends .90 to O-Like. O-Like sends you what you ordered. You paid him .10 to send the email and money to O-Like for you. Does that sound like what he was representing his company to be to us in these posts?

All of his verbiage was specifically designed to trick us into believing that he was the new US division of O-Like and that he was personally working with the owners of O-Like.

That was a gross exaggeration at best. I call it as I see it -- BS.

This is really all moot now. O-Like is NOT going to give up the direct sales from this forum to a distributor. The way he is advertising, if he truly is in the US, the FDA will be on him in a short while anyway

Peace,
dave
