Should I buy this module?

Hi
I wanted an RGB Laser Module (not Pointer) for quite some time. Now I found this really cheap, analog modulated (which is important) laser on Ebay:
500mW Stage Light RGB Laser Module High Power White Laser Analog Molation | eBay
What do you think of it? Does anybody have experience with this laser/seller?
I heard that they are often overdriven, do you think this is the case here? How much would I have to lower the Power to be on the safe side?
Thanks!
Btw, I don`t have an LPM...

I've been looking at these myself as well, but later on decided not to. I've heard that (no sources, sorry) their beam overlap CAN be quite bad and the analog modulation is actually just PWM (which doesn't matter for slow-moving beams, but will be visible for laser shows).

Depends on what you want to do with it though, and I think other people have more info too :)

Well, if beam overlap is fixable in a few hours this would be ok with me. But PWM would be bad, if I wanted to do PWM I could just use the normal TTL Modules

I bought a 200mW (or was it 300mW?) version (TTL) a while ago, and it was, in my opinion, worth what I paid for it. The white balance was surprisingly accurate, only problems I had was the 532 would shift into TEM01, so there would be a blob of green off to the side. Other than that it was all fine.

:D That face

With a 445 and 635 diode 500mW is barely pushing it, although it does look like the varied beam widths do conflict eachother

Thanks for your answers, so I looked again and saw that Techhood has them too (and I heard that Techhood is "trusted") so can you recommend anyone of his? Because he does ship to Switzerland for free...
I don`t even know if I should take the 200, 300, 400 or 500mw version, and 638nm or 650nm red. I heard so many different opinions...
I`ll go with TTL, because I can do PWM myself. Any recommendations which one to buy? Compact would be nice, but isn`t a killer argument.

I bought one of them and it turned out to be a worthless piece of junk that broke down within 5 days. The only laser that still works is the red one.

Personally, I never trust ePay for anything that costs more than $100. Most of that stuff is just pure junk. I bought the 1000mW version, poor me, and wasted $250 on a piece of junk. I am fairly sure the red one in my unit, the only one that still works, doesn't output the proper amount. If you want a proper RGB module (as I do), and you have sufficient money (as I don't), I would recommend you either purchase one from a respected LPF member, or construct one yourself. When I disassembled the unit I have, I found that the dichro mounts were indeed not adjustable. The modules are glued in place.
