You need to understand that the Chinese have a lot of
holidays during the year and are sometimes to at work...
But give them a chance to get back to work and make it
right... They are on the other side of the Globe and not
on our time zone...

Totally understand that, but holidays typically run for a few days and not weeks on end. My order was placed on 9/24. I can't believe that they shut down all lindustry for that amount of time. Certainly within a two week period, somebody would be handling orders or at least order related emails. Other side of the country or not, it's just bad business practice. If they can't process orders, then they should stop accepting them (or at least processing the PayPal transaction) until they are able to actually ship orders.
I've sent them yet another email, as well as opening a PayPal dispute, so maybe that will get their attention. I've told them that unless I get a response and a status update by Friday then I'll escalate it.
I initially felt good about placing an order with O-Like, mainly because of all the posts here praising their customer support, but unfortunately, I just plain haven't seen it personally.
