Hey guys, I've purchased a laser from rayfoss and Faona told me that she will ship the item via UPS on or before the 25th and provide me with a tracking number once the shipment was done. I emailed her asking if she shipped the item and also asked her for the tracking number 2 days ago, but she still hasn't replied to me yet. Should I be worried or does she usually take this long to reply to emails? You guys say that their customer service is excellent, but is it really?
