Rayfoss email updating

Hey guys, I've purchased a laser from rayfoss and Faona told me that she will ship the item via UPS on or before the 25th and provide me with a tracking number once the shipment was done. I emailed her asking if she shipped the item and also asked her for the tracking number 2 days ago, but she still hasn't replied to me yet. Should I be worried or does she usually take this long to reply to emails? You guys say that their customer service is excellent, but is it really?
 





Dont get all anxious and impatient. It takes time for the man in the rowboat to get it overseas:crackup: Dont sweat it man it will get here soon enough;)
 
FAONA of RAYFOSS/QUALIFOUND has been having some family issues of late. I'm sure your order will arrive, albeit a bit late.............
 
I'm not worried about it not arriving, it's just that i don't like to wait too long for an email reply.
 
I'm VERY good friends with FAONA, & have sent her 6 Emails to RAYFOSS & QUALIFOUND, + a FACEBOOK message over the last 3 weeks, & FINALLY got a 2 line reply Email yesterday, explaining the problem, so don't feel too bad. Family comes 1st.

Just be patient you will get a reply and try to be a little understanding ;)
 
I was being impatient until you guys updated me with her situation; that's when i become more understanding. And you are right, family comes first every time!
