Shipping from China takes about 3 weeks to 1 month, average. Be patient.

But, indeed as Eud said, shipping from China takes a little while, and from what I understand their service isn't as good as it used to be. Just be patient, five days is nothing. If you still haven't seen it in like another 30 days, and you can't get a hold of them then open up a case to dispute the charge through PayPal.
